(TCP News)  In a startling new development, the Texas AG filed a lawsuit against Wisconsin, Michigan, Pennsylvania, and Georgia alleging un-Constitutional changes to the voting process in each state.  Changes that were not set up and approved by each states legislature.

The states in question (and others no doubt) used the Coronavirus pandemic as an excuse to make changes that were not authorized by the legislatures – in other words, the Democrats did an end run around legal requirements in order to suit themselves and the Democratic agenda.

The National Pulse reports:

Trust in the integrity of our election processes is sacrosanct and binds our citizenry and the States in this Union together. Georgia, Michigan, Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin destroyed that trust and compromised the security and integrity of the 2020 election. The states violated statutes enacted by their duly elected legislatures, thereby violating the Constitution. By ignoring both state and federal law, these states have not only tainted the integrity of their own citizens’ vote, but of Texas and every other state that held lawful elections,” said Attorney General Paxton.

Paxton went on to say that the failure of these state to abide by elections laws casts a doubt on the national election results, and that the U.S. Supreme Court should step in to correct this most serious error.
