Last week during a rally in Melbourne, Florida President Trump explained why the proper and serious vetting of Muslim refugees is not just a good idea but a necessary one.
Speaking about the rise in crime in Europe, the President said, “You look at what’s happening in Germany. You look at what’s happening last night in Sweden. Sweden, who would believe this? Sweden. They took in large numbers. They’re having problems like they never thought possible.” He went on to mention several other European nations, but the media has focused its ire on what he had to say about Sweden. In typical mocking fashion the media has argued that the President has no idea what he’s talking about, that he’s lying, or that he’s making up “alternative” facts. However, as anyone who’s been paying attention to the shocking rise in crime across Europe knows, the spirit of what the President Trump said was correct, even if he wasn’t completely accurate in what he said.
Fellow patriots, please listen to this short, inspiring message from General Flynn. General Michael Flynn exemplifies patriotism, courage, and love of God and country - despite some of his own countrymen relentlessly attacking him. Donations for his defense are greatly appreciated. If you can only give $5.00, please do so - every little bit helps. Thank you so much, and God bless. Letter from General Flynn.
Later, the President responded to the media on Twitter, “You look at what’s happening in Germany. You look at what’s happening last night in Sweden. Sweden, who would believe this? Sweden. They took in large numbers. They’re having problems like they never thought possible.”
The President was right be upset by the media’s response, and America soon learned why.
In Rinkeby, Sweden (a suburb of the Swedish capital of Stockholm):
Riots broke out on Monday night in the suburb of Rinkeby, where a majority of residents were born overseas, just hours after the country’s Prime Minister attacked U.S President Donald J. Trump for linking mass migration with rising violence in Sweden.
The riots, in which cars were set ablaze and shops were looted, resulted in the Stockholm suburb looking “like a warzone” according to a journalist who was at the scene…
The riots continued late into the night, with police reporting later that shops were looted, and that a number of cars were set on fire during a second violent riot.
“I’ve witnessed turmoil and civil unrest before, but this is something else. It looks like a war zone here”, said a freelance journalist working at the site of the clashes with state television outlet SVT.
But this wasn’t the only recent evidence that crime in Sweden is out of control, Fox News recently spoke to a few non-political professionals in Sweden’s law enforcement that explained the real problem.
In Orebro, Sweden:
Police investigator Peter Springare isn’t likely to be among those mocking President Trump for his remarks about refugees in Sweden.
Trump’s comments during a Florida campaign rally on Saturday – which some took as a misstatement about a supposed terror attack – dovetail with what Springare has been seeing during a typical week in Orebro, Sweden. Five rapes, three assaults, a pair of extortions, blackmail, an attempted murder, violence against police and a robbery made up Springare’s caseload for a five-day period earlier this month, according to a Feb. 3 Facebook post he wrote. The suspects were all from Muslim-majority countries – Iraq, Syria, Afghanistan, Somalia and Turkey – save for one Swedish man nabbed in a drug-related case.
In Malmo, Sweden:
Last month, the police chief for the southern Swedish city of Malmo issued a desperate plea for help curtailing a plague of attempted murders, beatings and rapes. About 32 percent of Malmo’s occupants are migrants, although it is not clear what role migrants play in the crime wave.
“We cannot do it on our own,” Chief Stefan Sinteus wrote in an open letter about the “upward spiral of violence.”
And Sinteus is not merely dealing with typical crimes that any modern city would witness.
Malmo had 52 hand grenade attacks in 2016 alone, a jump from 48 attacks in 2015, according to figures provided by the Swedish Police Authority.
Nationwide, the terror threat level is at “elevated” and police believe at least 300 Swedish nationals have travelled to Syria and Iraq for jihadi training.
Even the people who disagree with Trump readily admit that there are “no-go zones” in Sweden where non-Muslims do not dare travel.
The uproar over Trump’s Sweden comments, the media’s dishonest reporting on the hubbub, and the conspicuous way that Trump’s comments were supported by a migrant riot in Sweden explain everything you need to know about why Americans trust Trump more than the media.
